Lapuan Kankurit | PAUSSI linen towel

This stylish PAUSSI (Finnish for “pause”) towel with a colourful yarn stripes to brighten up simple yet stylish linen weave is designed by Elina Helenius. This towel is really absorbant and dries fast, keeping it smelling fresh in use. Hand towel is perfect to use also as a kitchen towel.

The PAUSSI towels are made of highly absorbent washed linen. Washed linen doesn’t necessarily need any ironing, small wrinkles are allowed, even desired for! Linen is a natural material that feels pleasant on the skin, it’s very absorbent and dries very fast. For these reasons linen is an excellent material for towels. 100% washed linen has been wash treated during our production process, this is how we get the outstanding absorption capacity.

This generously sized towel wraps around you with ease, and there’s plenty of room to lounge on it, making it perfect as a beach towel as well. Its large size doesn’t mean it takes up too much space. This towel fits effortlessly into a cupboard or travel bag, making it the ideal companion for both home and vacation.

Care instruction:

Delicate laundry wash at 60°C in plenty of water. Wash separately. 40°C is also an adequate wash temperature. Do not use softner and bleach. Normal spin cycle. Reshape whilst damp. Linen fibres may come off the product during the wash. Check the lint filter before and after washing. The colour of natural linen becomes lighter with washing. We do not recommend tumble dryer.
