Founded in 2019, Objective Lifestyle Shop was established as the sister company of Studio Adjective, the acclaimed design agency founded by Emily Ho and Wilson Lee in Hong Kong in 2016. Studio Adjective has long been celebrated for its thoughtful approach to space and object - creating environments that speak softly yet profoundly, and objects that balance form, feeling, and function with assurance.
Objective was born as a natural extension of this philosophy - a living, tangible expression of the studio’s aesthetic values and its pursuit of meaningful design. What began as an intimate retail space in Hong Kong has evolved into a curated destination for timeless gifts and design-led living, where every piece carries a sense of purpose and provenance. In 2024, Objective expanded online in Melbourne, connecting with local makers and independent brands that share a belief in gifting and conscious consumption.
Bridging East and West, the shop brings together homeware, lifestyle, and gifting pieces from across Europe, Japan, and the United Kingdom, celebrating makers whose work embodies longevity, integrity, and emotional resonance.
