Shipping policy

We use recycled and recyclable packaging we receive from deliveries from suppliers wherever possible and avoid using disposable plastics to pack orders. If your order is a gift, please let us know on the REMARKS column, we will pack it beautifully and send to you. 

 

DOMESTIC  SHIPPING

All orders to UK are posted with a tracked service for between £4.65 and £20.00 depending on on the size of the order. Within UK orders over £60.00 are posted for free.

Please note that postage costs for addresses that are not mainland UK may vary.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are very happy to have a following from many different countries around the world, however due to a variety of issues, many around the current rules of Brexit, we cannot ship to certain countries. If the country you with to ship to is not on the list at checkout, we are afraid to say that we are not able to ship to your country at the moment. We continuously review our shipping countries and hope to expend to more in the future. 

 

TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) or in your local currency and include, where applicable, UK Value Added Tax (VAT). If your delivery address is outside the UK, UK VAT will be removed from your order.

For orders shipped to countries where the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service is available, any foreign import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges will be added to your order prior to checkout. Please note that these charges are non-refundable should you cancel your order or return any items for an exchange or refund.

If your delivery address is in a country where the DDP service is not available, any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges will be payable in the recipient’s country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges will be billed to you directly by the courier company or local postal authority. They will not be refunded by us should you decide to cancel your order or return any goods for exchange or refund. Additionally, you will be liable for any costs incurred by us if you fail to pay these charges promptly and in full to the courier or local postal authority.

You are also responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. We accept no liability for any breach of such laws by you. Please note that customs authorities may open and inspect packages, and the value of the goods must be declared on the accompanying documentation, even if the order is a gift.
