HAMA Pottery

HAMA is a UK-based pottery brand founded by a duo originally from Hong Kong, specialising in handcrafted, timeless ceramic pieces made in their home studio. Established in 2016, HAMA was born from Jonathan's desire to refine his pottery skills after a decade of teaching, while Crystal transitioned from graphic design to explore new creative avenues.

Their work focuses on balancing function and aesthetics, with a vision to craft contemporary yet enduring forms meant to be cherished across generations. Each piece is made using traditional techniques-hand throwing, sculpting, and carving—and finished with their signature 'Moonrise' glaze, a fine-textured, natural-looking snowy glaze that enhances the details and contours of their designs.
