RETURN/ REFUND/ EXCHANGE
We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please inform us of your intent to return an order to [email protected].
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging intact. You will also need the original receipt or proof of purchase issued by us.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of returning or exchange goods. You may send your order back at your own expense after you have emailed us: [email protected].
If return/exchange items are damaged during transit, we will not accept responsibility for any damage and may not refund the item. Please ensure that fragile items are sufficiently protected to avoid this.
We strive to minimise package waste and ensure that our customers would receive brand-new products. Therefore, please take the time to carefully select your orders.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method only within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

GIFT EXCHANGE
A gift receipt is needed to be presented if you are the receiver of the gift and would like to exchange for another product. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging intact. For return and refund, we will issue a refund to the gift giver only, who will be notified of your return.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
We inspect and package every item carefully before we send it out. Please inspect your order upon reception. Unfortunately, if you have received a damaged item, kindly inform us via email [email protected]. And we will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
If products are misused, we will not accept responsibility for any damage caused.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items are ineligible for return or exchange, including custom products and dedicated artisan handcrafted products (such as Tumi-isi blocks, special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). You are welcome to contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before your purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
