Lapuan Kankurit - VERANTA Linen Towel (White-Linen)
Tea towel, woven from the ecological linen and cotton!
The distinctive VERANTA pattern was designed by illustrator Matti Pikkujämsä. “The VERANTA pattern originated from the idea of an old house’s veranda and grandma’s home. Aged ceramic vases filled with hand-picked flowers, doilies and double cloths. I found inspiration in the graphic style of the 40’s and 50’s, with some ethnic influences in the mix. VERANTA was conceived with liquid paint markers on paper. The key visual starting point was to marry together different surfaces and patterns to make a flowing, harmonious composition.”
The washed cotton–linen used in this kitchen towel is wonderfully soft and very easy to care for. Its absorbency has already been activated during our production process. The towel can be safely machine washed and reused whenever needed.
The towel has a hanging loop at the top. This product can also be used as a hand towel or a small cloth. This gorgeous towel also makes a great gift!
