Lisa Larson's Yoga sculptures represent her creativity at its most personal level. Four sculptures playing with light and shadows, embodying the urge to truly connect with oneself. For decades, they sat in her studio serving as a gentle reminder: do your yoga!

Crafted from unglazed stoneware, the Yoga series is ceramic artist Lisa Larson’s heartfelt homage to the ancient Indian tradition of harmonising body and mind. Having begun her own yoga journey during the 1970s, the Swedish artist originally shaped these clay figures in 1982 as a personal reflection on the restorative nature of daily practice. More than four decades on, Larson’s much-loved sculptures have found their way into the collection at Design House Stockholm — offering a serene and contemplative presence to both yoga practitioners and admirers of fine ceramic art alike.
